An Introduction to Grief Travel: An Information and Brainstorming Session

Have you lost the physical presence of a loved one? Do you find yourself struggling to make time and space for your grief while the rest of the world keeps moving as it did before? Are you looking for ways to keep your loved one's memory alive and celebrate the connection you still share with them?
Join me, NoCo resident and owner of Inspired Traveler Consulting, for an introduction to the topic of grief travel - a practice my brother and I inadvertently developed after the we lost both our parents in the span of 2.5 years - our mom 6 months before my 30th birthday and our dad just days before I turned 32.
I will provide a short presentation about how our grief travel practice began and how it has evolved over the last 5 years. I will then lead attendees through a brainstorming session aimed at identifying what grief travel could look like in their own lives. At the end of the session, participants will have the option to sign-up for a bi-monthly Inspired Traveler Consulting newsletter and/or a special Inspired Travelers Facebook group, but neither will be required.

The April 9th session will be held in the Gertrude B. Scott meeting room of the Loveland Public Library.
The April 11th session will be held in the 1st floor meeting room of the Longmont Public Library.
