$75 planning fee for domestic trips spanning 2-5 overnights

Transparent Fee Structure
Fee structure is discussed during initial consultation calls and also provided by email to anyone who schedules a "New Client Discovery Call" via the Trip Consultation page. The appropriate planning fee must be paid in advance. I begin conducting research and building an itinerary once I have received a traveler's planning fee and signed terms and conditions forms.
Additional $25 planning fee for each additional destination greater than 100 miles from the trip's starting point
*Note: Applies only to independent travel and does not apply to tour and/or cruise packages that involve multiple locations
Additional $50 planning fee for travel groups exceeding 10 people
*Note: Itineraries, excluding flights, must be identical for a group to pay a single planning fee. Groups wishing to book similar travel, but have flexibility in lodging, destinations and/or travel dates must book as individuals/couples/families and each pay their own planning fee to receive customized itineraries. In this instance, the $50 large group fee would not apply.
Additional $50 - $100 planning fee will be charged for travelers that request more than 3 significant itinerary changes prior to and/or after booking.
*Note: Significant itinerary changes are above and beyond normal itinerary modifying and are defined as...
1. A shift in travel dates that exceeds 90 days
2. A change in destination(s) that exceeds 75 miles
3. A change to a flight, accomodation or excursion that has already been booked by Inspired Traveler on the traveler's behalf
4. A change in the number of and/or name of traveler(s) after the booking(s) has been made
